McMahon Lawsuit Proceeds: Child Abuse Claims Against WWE, Linda McMahon to Move Forward

A lawsuit alleging Linda McMahon and WWE failed to stop child sexual abuse in the 80s/90s is moving forward after Maryland's high court upheld the Child Victims Act.

 The suit was filed in Maryland,  October 2024 by five survivors who were " Ring Boys"

In February 2025, the Maryland Supreme Court upheld the law, allowing the child sex abuse case against WWE and the McMahons to move forward.

McMahon's attorney calls the claims baseless.
